More than a tea party - experience this extraordinary celebration of 100 years of empowered women making change in Oakland.

On Sunday, September 15th, Progressive Oakland Women for Empowering Reform (POWER) will hold our 8th annual Delilah Beasley Tea.

WE ARE PROUD TO PRESENT OUR 2019 HONOREE:
At this year's Delilah Beasley Tea, POWER is excited to honor Tomiquia Moss and to recognize the good work of Hamilton Families.

Delilah Beasley Award to Tomiquia Moss is locally and nationally recognized as a dynamic nonprofit leader with expertise in public policy and community planning, a social worker and community activist working as an advocate for social justice and economic equality in many communities around the country. CEO of Hamilton Families since February 2017, Tomiquia has more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership and management experience. From 2014 to 2017, she served directly under the mayors of both San Francisco and Oakland, most recently as Chief of Staff for Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf.
