Stephanie’s background is in nonprofit management and she has a career built on helping membership-based nonprofits embrace DE&I and build their strength and power so they can be the change they want to see in the world. Stephanie is passionate about breaking down inequitable systems and advancing solid policy solutions to build new systems that create a more just society for all people. She believes we all have a critical role in creating a more equitable future. When she’s not out fighting the good fight, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and is always scheming to find fun outdoor adventures, big and small, to do with the kids. She loves white water rafting, writing, and music.
